Event Promotions is the complete process from inception, to planning, marketing, staffing, day of needs, collecting feedback, future improvements and more. In order to have a successful event you must set goals and timelines for different stages of the event promotions lifecycle.  Regularly, following up with these goals, while confronting unforeseen constraints, will complete your due diligence and make planning an event more enjoyable.   

Where to start is often the first question.  Do you have a good idea for an event but the thought of putting it all together scares you? If it doesn’t it may be because you have never done one but hopefully it’s because you have seen the benefits of a properly planned and managed event.

A good event obviously will start with a fun and intriguing idea. These are important main goals to keep in mind throughout the entire process of the event promotions.

Western Skies staff has a varied past experience working with events from small to large including comedy shows, cooperate outings, golf tournaments, conventions and even work planning events as large as the NFL’s Super Bowl or the Olympic Games of 2002.
