Welcome to our web site! Western Skies Entertainment & Special Event Services is an up and coming full service event and venue company producing memorable events in the beauty of the western region. Event Design and Layout
Western Skies staff has experience with designing small and large venues including the 2002 Winter Olympics and the NFL’s Super Bowl. Having a well balanced event and proper management will only ensure a successful event if it has been properly laid out. The location of parking, vendors, patron seating and venue routing are vitally important to the proper flow of an event. Elements such as location of the sun and important back-dropping views will either annoy patron’s artists and entertainers or make a memorable experience.
Event Management
Venue management and event coordination are a large part of any successful event program. Elements such as the in-loading of patrons, staffing, housing, parking, signage, restrooms and handling patrons leaving the venue all at once are just of few of the factors in a successful event. With over 10 years experience in all different levels of event coordination and venue management, let our staff aid you in all the details which often keep event organizers overwhelmed and distracted.
Event Entertainment
Offering many different music entertainment options let Western Skies find just the right type of music or comedy for your event. Whether it be for a corporate outing, family reunion, wedding, festival, car show, club entertainment or large concert, let us assist you in lining up the right entertainer. With our own music store it is easy to preview different music. Over the years we have had the privilege of becoming friends with many music artists and people of the industry. Western Skies is excited to now be able to promote their music and support your future events with some of the best music in the region.
Event Photography
We offer an all digital workflow and a fast turnaround driven by industry leading equipment and software. Photos are generally available to view in 3-5 days and posted on our servers for 6 months for your downloading. All photos are sorted into custom categories that can be set by you. This will allow for better searching and future organization. Order prints via internet, mail or fax. We work with several labs to ensure consistent quality and quick turnaround. Custom photo gifts available for purchase (mouse pads, key chains, mugs, etc.)
Western Skies will customize your event from start to finish with options like including event logo on photos and key wording with meta data! Event photos are available for event brochure, web site and any other marketing needs for continued event success! If you have past event photos that you need us to touch up, reproduce or convert to digital copy, Western Skies offers the workflow for you.
